At TPK Fine Porcelain, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read the following terms carefully regarding our product warranties, as well as our return and refund policy.

Warranty Policy

All of our porcelain products are covered by a 30 Days Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, which guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Cracks, chips, or structural defects that occur under normal use conditions.
  • Defects in materials or manufacturing that affect the product’s functionality.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or mishandling (e.g., dropping, exposure to extreme heat or cold, or use of abrasive cleaning materials).
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, fading, or discoloration due to daily use.
  • Any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties.
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or resellers not authorized by TPK Fine Porcelain.

How to Claim a Warranty:

  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@tpksuperstore.com within the warranty period, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We may request photos of the defect to assess the damage.
  • If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the item free of charge, or offer a refund, at our discretion.
  • TPK Fine Porcelain will cover shipping costs for any replacement products.

Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund options:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@tpksuperstore.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, if necessary.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

All items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
